How do you earn Guest Rewards Points?

Frequent Visits: Every time you visit the Salon or Spa for that special service and earn 10 times the value of each service.

Client Referrals: Do you love RA? Tell your friends, family members and neighbors. For every guest who you refer, earn 5,000 points.

Gift Cards: Now we make gift giving even easier. Earn 10 times the value of any gift card purchase.

Pre-Scheduling: Our way of saying "Thank you", first time guests who pre-book their next appointment will earn 5,000 points when they are serviced.

In the Boutique: Take advantage of buying your daily regiment for your hair and skin with retail points. Earn 10 times the value of the retail sale.

Points may only be used towards future visits and may be saved or used in increments. All points accumulated between 1/1/10-12/31/10 must be redeemed by 3/31/11 and between 1/1/11-12/31/11 must be redeemed by 3/31/12. Points are non-transferable and can not be used towards gift card purchases. Points are not redeemable at Robert Andrew Medical Spa.
