Please understand this is a request only and a guest services representative will be in contact and will make every effort to accommodate your request. When requesting an appointment within 24-48 hours we recommend that you call to schedule to ensure that we are able to accommodate you.

Appointment Policies

Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure that your services run as smoothly as possible. We can not guarantee service for late arrivals. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given. Please be aware that Robert Andrew is an adult facility. For their own safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. At no time are children under 12 permitted in the spa. Smoking and cell phones are not permitted. Prices subject to change without notice.

For GROUPS/SPA PACKAGES/SUITES, please telephone to request appointments. We need to ask questions to ensure your package is booked correctly.

If you are a first-time client to Robert Andrew, please call us to set up a client account prior to requesting an appointment with us so that we may better serve you.

Cancellations:

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to keep your appointment. Spa Packages must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance or you will be charged the full amount

Please be aware that Robert Andrew is NOT affiliated with Spa Wish, Spa Finder or any other 3rd party gift card provider. These certificates will NOT be accepted as payment at our facilities.
