Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is the use of water for healing purposes. It can soothe sore or inflamed muscles and joints, help rehabilitate injured limbs, soothe headaches, promote relaxation and stimulate the immune system. It is especially beneficial for those with arthritis, neck, back or knee pain. Bathing suits are required. Avoid if pregnant, suffering from heart problems, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, or severely high or low blood pressure.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your spa visit and to enjoy our amenities.
