Appointment Policies
Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure that your services run as smoothly as possible. We can not guarantee service for late arrivals. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given. Please be aware that Robert Andrew is an adult facility. For their own safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. At no time are children under 12 permitted in the spa. Smoking and cell phones are not permitted. Prices subject to change without notice.

Cancellations: We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to keep your appointment. Spa Packages must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance or you will be charged the full amount. For additional policy information, please read our Courtesies.
