Courtesies
Appointments
Please arrive prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive late, your service may be shortened to allow our specialists to be on time for their next guest. For spa packages, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to prepare for your spa visit and to enjoy our amenities.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. To avoid being charged, please allow 72 hours for package/suite cancellations. Robert Andrew cannot foresee interrupted appointments due to inclement weather, sickness, emergency, death, etc. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, Robert Andrew will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment(s) in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Children
Please be aware that Robert Andrew Salons & Spas are adult facilities. While we gladly service children, we do not offer children's prices. For their own safety, and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. At no time are children under the age of 12 permitted in the nail areas or spa.
Smoking
For the courtesy of others, smoking is not permitted in the salon or spa.
Cell Phones
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all customers, we ask that cell phones not be used in the nail areas, spa areas or during your service.
Professional Retail Policy
We are proud to offer you high quality professional retail salon and spa products. Products, with receipt, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given.
Gift Cards Available and redeemable at all Robert Andrew locations
Gift Cards do not include gratuity unless specified. Salon and spa services purchased on Gift Cards are guaranteed for 6 months. After 6 months, Gift Cards revert to the dollar value. Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Robert Andrew is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Payments
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a fee.
Quality Service Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify us immediately and we will gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of our services unless specified otherwise. As a convenience to you and to ensure the accuracy of distributing gratuities - monies designated for gratuities at our day spa will remain in our cash drawers to distribute after the close of the business day. Your designated allotment will be printed on your register receipt for verification. We will no longer give cash back for "overcharging" on credit cards or checks.
Amenities
For our day spa clients we offer refreshments and the use of spa attire, toiletries, showers, lockers, the tranquility room and steam rooms, before or after your spa service. We're sorry, but spa amenities are not available for our nail and hair customers.
